The location was excellent for our needs and the staff were very helpful and responsive to our questions and the problems with the room.

The room was 'tired' and in need of work. The gas fired water heater required the staff to operate and I was not confident that the gas detection device was functioning.

Ok for sightseeing but very poor facilities. I had to change room 3 times as previous rooms had problems. I would recommend to your site to withdraw this hotel from your list!!!!

The manager never confronted me about all the problems that were 1) no hot water and dirty room _ changed room 2) this room was having an air con extractor outside the window that would not close firmly so too noisy to sleep 3) room was okish but still furniture were worn out - Very bad choice of hotel and considering price incl tax it was not that cheap as it initially looks like after all; remove from your list of hotels

The staff was friendly but that is all that was positive about the stay..

The room was in very bad condition. The walls were fallin apart, there was a smell of moisture in the room and there was wodden planks on the outside of the window so absolutely no view. All in all not a good experience!

La ubicacion es buena

Las habitaciones sucias, el piso, los baños todo!!!!!!!!!! muy sucio. El asensor es muy muy pequeño, el desayuno de mala calidad. La información que dan en la pagina web no es la correcta a cerca del horario de salida, el hotel es malisimo!
